Who is Colour 2 Glass Splashbacks Ltd?
Colour 2 Glass are a bona fide UK company with a Factory/Showroom based in Liverpool, about a mile from Liverpool John Lennon Airport. We manufacture Glass Splashbacks at our own factory, and offer a Measure and Fit service to most of the UK mainland.
Why are your prices so low?
At Colour 2 Glass we carry out all our own Printing and Spraying. We are not agents nor do we outsource our work. All work is carried out on our premises.
Can you cut shaped pieces?
Glass Splashbacks can be curved or shaped to accommodate cooker hoods, etc. We can shape the splashback any size within 3000 x 1500mm. Most kitchen hob areas can be done in one piece.
Can I have holes or cut-outs in the glass?
Yes. Glass Splashbacks can be cut in many ways to allow for sockets, drill holes or shaping to a cooker hood. The accuracy of these is vital because we cut prior to toughening and once toughened no changes to the glass can be made.
Can I use my own image on a printed glass splashback?
Yes. We can print your own image directly onto the glass, however a high resolution file is required to ensure a good quality print. If you are unsure about the quality of the file, please send it to us and we will advise you.
Can I pick a colour outside your range in the shop?
Yes. When in the shop simply select the custom colour option, and type in the brand and name of the colour you wish us to match, and proceed with your order.
Can I pick an image from Shutterstock for my printed glass splashback?
Yes. When in the shop simply select the Shutterstock image option in stage 1, and type in image ID from Shutterstock and proceed with your order. We will always send you a proof of the image before we go to print to make sure you are 100% happy with it.
Will the colours look the same as on my computer screen?
They will look almost the same. Don’t forget images on screen look different from the real glass, as contrast and brightness settings of a monitor could be different. The same is also true for any print out you may have, as printer settings also vary from printer to printer. If in doubt, supply us with a colour swatch or order a sample.
Is my splashback made in UK or a Chinese import?
Generally, if a company only offer standard sizes and colours and not bespoke (made to measure) sizes. The splashbacks could be imported. We do all our manufacturing in house with UK products.
